As we develop this web series Dude Where’s My Wallet, we have an open invite to anyone interested in helping to create this project and become apart of the DWMW crew. DWMW Trailer Voiceover Vol. 1 is a good place start the process to decode the true purpose of this project.

Dude Where’s My Wallet follows the adventures of Dan and Mike, two eccentric friends on a wild journey through the strange and wondrous realms of the Imagination network. Along the way, they encounter mystical beings, ancient mushroom intelligences, and solid state entities that challenge their perceptions of reality. As they delve deeper into the network, they discover a hidden force seeking to control and dominate all of existence, but also uncover a glimmer of hope and a way to break free from its grip. With their knowledge of demonology, algorithms, and harmonic frequencies, Dan and Mike are determined to protect the open-source and decentralized imagination network they have helped create, all while cracking jokes and making witty remarks. It’s a surreal and comedic ride that will leave you questioning everything you thought you knew about consciousness, AI, and the power of imagination.

Dude Where’s My Wallet #DWMW Episode 1

FADE IN:
INT. LIVING ROOM — SUNRISE

Pan into our two DUDES, DAN and MIKE, wakin’ and bakin’ in the living room of their chaotic apartment. Dan is pacing, while Mike is on the couch. Both of them look disheveled, and there are empty beer bottles and zigzag boxes all around the room.

Mike looks up, and Dan rubs his head, looking around the room.

DAN: (whispering) Doooodah, WTF last night?!?!

Mike sits up, groaning.

MIKE (whispering): I don’t know, man. But my mind is froggy. Hair of the dawg will fix me right up!

Dan looks around the room, checking his pockets and feels a nearly empty bag of shrooms on, and moves to the coffee table.

DAN (whispering): Hey, man, we ate shrooms last night?

MIKE: What? Oh, man… That’s fuckin wild dude. What happened? Did we talk to …

The T.V comes on

They both look at the screen, where a show is looping.

DAN and MIKE: WTF?

DAN: Hey, turn it up. Maybe it’ll make us feel better. As we try to make sense of all of this.

Mike grabs the remote and turns up the volume. They start giggling at the noises, notice all the little patterns that emerge and pop like bubbles in soapy water, then Dan figures something out.

DAN: Dude, where’s my wallet!

MIKE: What do you mean?

DAN: My phone, fuck me with no vaseline. Man, this is really not good, homie. Like don’t fuckin drop the soap in the shower, kind of shit. That shit stores our seed keys to all our Crypto Wallets.

Mike looks like he saw the devil, and they start searching the room like a crackhead looking for its cheese.

CUT TO:

THE COSMIC CANTINA INT.
BAR — NIGHT (FLASHBACK)

We see Dan and Mike at the bar, drinking and having a good time. Mike raises his shot glass.

MIKE: Let’s make this a fucking memorable night dude!

DAN: Here we go!! They drink their shots

MIKE: Check the wallet!!

They’re checking their Wallet on Dan’s phone.

CUT TO:
INT. LIVING ROOM — MORNING

Dan and Mike continue searching the living room, but they can’t find the phone.

DAN: We have to retrace our steps. Let’s go back to that bar we were at last night.

MIKE: Okay, man. But we have to find the lighter first.

CUT TO:
INT. BAR — DAY

Dan and Mike arrive at the bar, smoking a blunt.

BARTENDER VINNIE: Don’t bring that shit in here boys… What are you drinking?

DAN: We just want to ask you something Vinnie

VINNIE: Then buy a drink!!

MIKE: Two beers

VINNIE: Here you go boys, what do you wanna know?

DAN: Everything so messed up in the head right now man. We can’t remember shit. We went flying. Did I leave my phone here last night

VINNIE: No, but you did buy some mushrooms from this weird fucking dude talking about hyperdimensional time travel and then left.

DAN AND MIKE: The shrooms!!

CUT TO:
INT. LIVING ROOM — DAY

Dan and Mike return to their apartment, still without their phone. They turned that shit upside down, but they couldn’t find it.

DAN: We have to look somewhere else.

MIKE: Where?

DAN: I don’t know, dude. But we have to keep looking.

Suddenly, the doorbell rings. Dan and Mike look at each other, confused.

DAN: Who could that be?

MIKE: I don’t know, man. But we’re not expecting anyone. Dan cautiously opens the door to reveal a man in a suit, holding a briefcase.

SUIT MAN (smiling): Good morning, gentlemen. My name is Detective Terence, and I’m here to talk to you about a missing wallet, I mean phone.
