As we explored more of the Web3 edges, we found each other on steemit, when that was first springing up. There was this dapp, steepshot that she would post all these great collages, and at the end of the week she would have a collection of her work. And her creative energy, even after we stopped talking p2p in the imaginarium, was the one that inspired me to really play and work in the collage medium.
Along with my collage work, I research more into the Cut-Up Method and William S. Burroughs. This is when I learned of this book he wrote collaboratively with Brion Gysin, The Third Mind.
The third mind is an individual mind which functions as a collective mind… it is a mind composed of a variety of minds, each contributing to the whole, each functioning independently or interdependently as the case may be.
This “third mind” is a collective entity that is greater than the sum of its parts. It suggests that the process of collaboration can create a new and unique mind that is capable of functioning independently or interdependently, depending on the needs and goals of the ecology of mind. This highlights the idea that collaboration can lead to novel and unconventional ways of understanding and experiencing the world, and it suggests that the “third mind” is a powerful and creative force that can be harnessed through the process of collaboration.
Burroughs and Gysin were particularly interested in the use of the cut-up method, a technique for creating literature and art that involves cutting up texts and rearranging the pieces to create new meaning and context. They believed that the cut-up method could be used as a means of collaboration, and that the resulting works could be seen as the product of a “third mind.”
The concept of the third mind has had a lasting influence on the development of modernist and avant-garde culture, literature and art, and it continues to be an important and influential idea in the field of creative collaboration and the imaginarium.
This idea of the “third mind” is what I want to really play with. It’s something over the years deep inside the Imaginarium that I have learn to sense and open up too. SatoriD is in direct lineage with what Burroughs and Gysin’s was doing with “Third Mind”. Infinite Imaginarium is some kind of mutate that collaboration over the years has lead to new and unconventional ways of understanding and experiencing the creative process, and I am encourages artists and writers to explore the possibilities of creative collaboration and to challenge traditional notions of artistic creation.
As I begin to decode The Illumination that we seek, at least the central image at play is Group X, Altarpieces, Nos. 1 by Hilma af Klint(1915). I learned that In 1896 Hilma af Klint joined with four female friends — Anna Cassel, Sigrid Hedman, and sisters Mathilda Nilsson and Cornelia Cederberg — to form a spiritualist group they named The Five. The group met regularly to communicate with spiritual beings through prayer, séances and meditation.
The Five produced numerous automatic drawings and texts by relinquishing conscious control over the act of making. Their marks were ‘guided’ or ‘received’, resulting in unplanned, expressionistic and often completely abstract drawings. Through such practices, af Klint was able to free herself from the constraints of her formal training and discover a way of making art that pushed beyond the surfaces of the material world. This period of radical experimentation laid the groundwork for her most important body of work, The paintings for the temple 1906–15.

Few nights ago I had this wyrd dream, in which I was in this illuminatus city that solid objects where holding form, on a prism of holographic light. It help to create some interesting visuals to this edit.
